This paper establishes optimization model for configuration of a hydrogen-electricity station, further explores differences optimal and operation modes different construction basic conditions places, discusses reasons. research shows that economy grid-connected mode is best, off-grid worst. local electricity price policy, wind solar resource endowment, stability significantly impact station. At same time, regions where resources fluctuate greatly from month to month, hydrogen can long-term storage.
